"You earn what you BECOME."

The last 2 years have been a whirlwind. June of 2005, we received a phone call from Mr. Eric Worre that change our entire world. At the time, Tony was in the automotive industry working 80-90 hours a week and Sarah was a Corporate Recruiter for a large accounting firm. We both loved what we did, yet at the end of the day we had no residual. We had one revenue stream; yet we knew every successful person had more than one revenue stream. We decided to give this Agel thing a try. Boy- were we pleasantly surprised.

We learned a few things from Eric Worre right away.
We had to have 4 things to make this work:

1. Willingness to work. Give a short burst of energy. Roll up your sleeves abit.
2. Hunger/Desire
3. TEACHABLE- Willing to follow the system and NOT reinvent the wheel.
4. A bit of competitive spirit

We put these 4 things in place, learned the Agel system along with personal development and were able to reach Director our first month part-time and Regional Director our 2nd month part-time.(10-15 hours a week). Agel to us really became a blast! We loved the idea of helping people reach goals every month. It was very self-fulfilling helping a brand new person reach Manager their first month and make $1500.00.

We loved the idea that anyone could do this. Agel was a level playing field. Nothing mattered except what you wanted out of Agel.

To us, we wanted to work our own hours. we accomplished that with Agel.
We wanted to grow as a couple personally. We accomplished that with Agel.
We wanted to work with our family and friends. We accomplished that Agel.
We wanted to retire our parents. We accomplished that with Agel.
We wanted to get out of debt. We accomplished that with Agel.
We wanted freedom to give back more. We accomplished that Agel.

2 years later, we have humbly reached Diamond Director and have a team all the world. If it wasn't for people doing those 4 things Eric talked to us about, we wouldn't have the results. We love that it's everyone doing it together.
